DESIGN CONCEPT

The goal of this renovation was to modernize both the primary and hall bathrooms while preserving the home’s existing architectural character. The design focused on improving functionality, storage, and comfort through updated cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, and finishes. A soft, neutral palette paired with elegant materials and clean-lined details creates a timeless aesthetic that feels both luxurious and practical for everyday use.

ORIGINAL FLOOR PLAN

The existing primary bathroom featured a large walk-in shower, freestanding tub, double vanity, toilet area, and bidet. While spacious, the room lacked sufficient storage and featured dated finishes throughout. The hall bathroom contained a shower, single vanity, and limited storage with finishes that no longer reflected the homeowners’ desired aesthetic.

NEW FLOOR PLAN

The primary bathroom maintains the existing layout of the shower, tub, and plumbing locations while improving functionality through the addition of a custom linen cabinet, updated double vanity, and removal of the bidet. New flooring, lighting, and fixtures create a more cohesive and refined space without altering the room’s footprint. The hall bathroom was reconfigured to replace the existing shower with a tub and shower combination while maintaining the overall room layout. A new vanity, updated plumbing fixtures, and revised lighting placement improve both functionality and visual balance.
