DESIGN CONCEPT
This home addition was designed to enhance functionality, modern aesthetics, and space utilization while ensuring compliance with necessary building codes. The original floor plan featured a traditional layout with divided spaces, limiting openness and efficiency. Structural elements required upgrades to improve both safety and functionality. The redesigned layout expands open spaces, creating better flow and connectivity throughout the home. Finishes were carefully selected for durability and aesthetic appeal. The kitchen backsplash features Zeus Black Pearl marble mosaic tile, providing contrast and luxury, while the floors showcase Emser Tile in a herringbone mosaic pattern, creating a sophisticated foundation.
CABINETS
Custom black slim shaker handcrafted cabinets were installed in both the kitchen and pantry, offering a sleek, modern design with high-efficiency storage. These cabinets feature soft-close mechanisms for ease of use, and the bold Indigo Batik paint adds depth and sophistication to the space.
