DESIGN CONCEPT

This Primary Suite renovation was designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, creating a luxurious yet practical retreat. The original floor plan presented several challenges, including inefficient space utilization, lack of storage, and outdated design elements that no longer met the homeowner’s needs. To address these concerns, the new layout was carefully planned to improve flow, maximize storage, and incorporate modern conveniences while maintaining a timeless appeal.

ORIGINAL FLOOR PLAN

The former layout featured a primary bedroom with an attached bathroom and limited storage. The space was functional but dark and lacked the storage solutions and high-end finishes the client envisioned.

NEW FLOOR PLAN

The updated floor plan features a more spacious and well-organized layout, ensuring seamless transitions between the bedroom, bathroom, and closet areas. The primary bathroom was redesigned to include an expanded shower, a double vanity for added convenience, and improved lighting solutions to enhance both ambiance and functionality. A knee wall was removed to create an open and airy feel, while a two-tier shelving system was introduced for optimized storage. The overall design prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and a refined aesthetic that aligns with the homeowner’s vision.
