New Hope First Floor Remodel
DESIGN CONCEPT
The goal was to transform a dated living space into a modern, open-concept design that caters to family gatherings and everyday functionality. Incorporating Scandinavian minimalism, the space was designed with calming tones, natural light, and clean lines to create an inviting and harmonious atmosphere.
NEW FLOOR PLAN
The new layout maintained the structural beam but integrated it into a unique architectural design element that doubles as support and a visual accent. Walls were opened up to create a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, maximizing both natural light and space functionality.

FINISHES
The finishes included a soft, neutral palette with light maple wood tones, Satin white cabinetry, and brushed metal accents. This combination provided a cohesive, calming aesthetic that aligns with Scandinavian design principles.
CABINETS
Cabinetry in a sleek Slim shaker profile design offers ample storage while maintaining a minimalist look. The white cabinets are accented with modern black hardware for a subtle yet striking contrast.

TILE & STONE
The backsplash features a herringbone pattern with muted green tiles, adding texture and visual interest. Quartz countertops with Soft edges enhance the kitchen’s functionality and contribute to its polished look.
