Warrington Addition with Master Bath and Closet Renovation
DESIGN CONCEPT
This Bathroom and Closet renovation was envisioned as a serene retreat that balances functionality with a sense of luxury. The design emphasizes clean lines, layered textures, and a soft, neutral palette, creating a calm and timeless atmosphere. Modern detailing, paired with warm finishes, transforms the space into both a personal spa and a highly efficient dressing area.

NEW FLOOR PLAN
The new plan expands and integrates the bathroom with a walk-in closet, enhancing both openness and usability. Updated structural and electrical layouts allowed for the addition of a freestanding tub, a larger vanity, and a walk-in shower with custom detailing. Pocket doors were introduced for smoother transitions, and the closet was reconfigured with improved lighting and outlet placement to maximize storage and accessibility.

CABINETS
The cabinetry introduces a modern, streamlined profile in a rich painted finish. Full-height storage and wide vanity drawers are designed for efficiency, while a subtle cove detail at the crown elevates the look. Polished hardware provides a refined contrast, tying into the overall palette of brushed metallic accents used throughout the space.
TILE AND STONE
Large-format porcelain on the bathroom floor continues seamlessly into the shower, complemented by a smaller mosaic tile underfoot for slip resistance. The shower and tub walls feature elongated tile in a high-gloss finish, creating a bright and reflective surface that enhances the sense of height. A soft glass mosaic was selected for the shower niche, introducing a subtle play of texture and light. The countertops, curb, and bench are finished in a polished quartz with eased edges, bringing cohesion and durability.
