From building legos to becoming a carpenter’s apprentice at age 14, Nick’s passion has always been to envision and then create. Now, he gets to design, transform spaces and build people’s dream homes, what could be better than that?

Joanna’s keen intuition, attention to detail, and expertise keeps everything running smoothly and everyone happy at LBK. She and her husband, Nick, are parents to the office entertainer, Sophia, who loves to sing and dance at the office on days off of school.

As a New Jersey native, I discovered my passion for home remodeling during the renovation of our first home in Warminster, PA. This experience led me to shift my career to the design and build sector, where I now help homeowners bring their dream spaces to life. With over a decade of experience in client relations, I use my expertise to connect with customers and deliver exceptional results

This über creative, mama of two brings so much talent to the design team! From weekly redecorating her childhood bedroom to commercial spaces, Julie can do it all! She gets giddy seeing her designs come alive for her amazing clients.

A Montgomery County native who graduated with an Interior design degree from Philadelphia University. With a strong background in renovations, space planning, and new construction, I bring a problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail to every project. My passion lies in crafting innovative designs that exceed expectations, and I’m excited to contribute my expertise as part of the LBK team!

Tammie’s passion for design began at an early age, sketching her first house at just 12 years old. Now, with over two decades of residential design-build experience, she has cultivated a deeply fulfilling career she couldn’t imagine doing anything else. When not working, she loves to spend time with her husband, often traveling the world, especially to visit any of their children and grandchildren.

Victoria’s love of fashion, interior, and graphic design helps her constantly explore new styles and trends. Specializing in interiors, she excels in sourcing materials, spatial planning, 2D/3D rendering, and project installation- finding joy in the entire design process!

Originally from the UK, she received her degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Roz has been covering all aspects of design for over 20 years. She is always looking to see what is new and exciting to share with clients and is never happier than when her clients love their new space.

As the Controller, Beth is the financial heartbeat of LBK Design Build. She keeps everything running smoothly by balancing budgets, managing forecasts, and ensuring every detail adds up to keep projects on solid ground. Outside of work, she’s a devoted mom, animal lover, and bookworm who finds inspiration in music, art, and time spent with her daughter

With 10+ years in client relations, Liz brings a passion for customer service and building strong relationships to her role as Office Administrative Assistant. She’s focused on promoting a positive, collaborative, and efficient environment where both clients and the LBK team feel valued and supported. Outside of work, she loves watching Philly sports, live music and spending time outdoors.

Joseph loves a good challenge! Building and remodeling spaces that checks off the clients’ entire wishlist while completely transforming the space is where Joe excels . Joseph joined LBK 8 years ago looking for a challenging work environment and ended up finding a group of people who feel like family.

Jose is passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces for clients, and he enjoys working with a team of talented and dedicated professionals. Jose is always eager to meet new people and learn new skills, and he strives to deliver high-quality results on every project.

Kameron Brooks is a project manager who brings equal parts strategy, curiosity and good humor to every project, whether he’s coordinating remodels, solving problems in a kitchen design or construction schedule, or tackling a Rubik’s Cube. When he’s off the clock, you can usually find him traveling, on a volleyball court, working through the NYT crossword over coffee, golfing, cheering for Philly sports or being a very committed uncle to two energetic nephews, all while believing the best projects are built on clear communication and true collaboration.

With over 25 years of carpentry experience and skilled trade work under his belt, Chris brings our design team’s vision to life.

I’ve always been driven by the desire to help people. With a background in design and carpentry skills, I aim to build our clients’ dreams. When I’m not working, I enjoy creating fun woodworking projects for the little one.

Alex, who recently relocated from Canada, brings three years of carpentry experience and growing skills in electrical and framing. A quick learner with tenacity and adaptability, Alex is eager to embrace new adventures and contribute to the success of the LBK team.

Illia’s desire to help others has always been evident. Watching help others realize their dreams but sharing his vast expertise is just one of the many ways he cares for others.

Kyla, an Ohio native, is a dedicated social media marketer driven by creativity, compassion, and community engagement. With a background in journalism specializing in lifestyle and entertainment, she joined the LBK team to directly connect clients with forward content. Passionate about bringing style and entertainment to audiences, Kyla is committed to delivering engaging experiences through her work.

As an experienced office administrator with a creative background, Jordyn is excited to be a part of the LBK team! She combines her administrative experience and creative background to bring efficiency and organization to our team, and our customers, as well as a fresh look to operations. Outside of work, her creativity only continues with her many crafts and work in theatre, specifically with wardrobe and SFX makeup!

With all the hanging around the office with mom and dad, Sophia is showing a strong interest in the world of residential design. She can usually be found at mom’s desk thumbing through project designs and giving her input and opinions, after homework is done of course
