“I still can’t believe sometimes that this is our kitchen. I still come down expecting to see the old layout, but I love it. I think we got everything we wanted, and it’s just been great. I come down every morning, and I’m smiling, like, it really it’s so bright and fresh.”
“We would constantly tell each other that in our new kitchen layout, we would want this and that, and I think we ended up getting pretty much everything we wanted in the end. I originally heard about LBK from a coworker when we were doing our bathroom remodel, and he had nothing but great things to say about them. And so we had them do the project. And when it came time to do the kitchen, they were the obvious choice. This was a separate dining room and kitchen space. The kitchen was much smaller, so we ended up taking down a wall that was kind of right here in the middle and opening the space up to be one giant kitchen. Because we found that we weren’t really using the dining room, and we really just thought it made most sense just to open it up and make a bigger kitchen and more functional kitchen. I think when we bought the house, we loved everything about it, but we knew that the kitchen was definitely a project that we would tackle at some point.”
“LBK has been great. They really from start to finish, that’s what we always worry about when you bring in the contractor. It’s like, all right, they might start well, but did they finish at the end? Did they come in and fix all the details and kind of wrap everything up at the end? And they really did. They came back. We had a couple of concerns and punch those items, and they came back, and they addressed all of our concerns, and it really was very seamless.”
“Having worked with Nick on our bathroom project, we spoke to him at the beginning of the kitchen project, and he immediately understood what we were going for. He told us about some similar projects that LBK had recently done that aligned with what we were looking for. Julie, she just got us from the start. She took Kim’s ideas and vision and just brought it to life. Oh, Julie was excellent. I can’t say enough about her. I have a design background, and she was so understanding. She totally got my vision right off the bat. She totally knew what I was looking for. I really wanted something kind of classic, but modern, and I wanted to go for the black cabinets, and she kind of encouraged me to. She’s like, you should go for it. So she really was super helpful in picking out some of the details, some of the things that I wasn’t sure about. She really helped. Marius was fantastic. His attention to detail just was superb. Every little thing that I would have caught, he was already on top of. And it was just the perfect match for us and for this kitchen. And we felt completely comfortable and trusted him completely to get everything done.”
“They did such a good job in paying attention to all the details and what we wanted and getting our vision and getting it right. They took everything in stride and did everything we wanted. So we’re super happy and proud of our final results. I wish we had more projects to do, but we’re out of rooms to renovate. But LBK was just fantastic throughout.”
